In a post on Facebook, Policing East Cambridgeshire said:
"We're urging people to report any suspicious behaviour around clothing banks across the county following a number of thefts in the area.
"There have been instances in Ely, Milton, Cambourne, Cambridge and Huntingdon where the locks on the banks have been damaged and the public donations removed.
"If you notice anything suspicious, report it to us https://orlo.uk/QJHsg"
