Comedian Ross Noble is bringing his El Hablador tour to Cambridge in November.

Noble has been performing stand-up since the age of 15 when he was smuggled into his local comedy club. Since then he has never looked back. Noble has undertaken 15 sell-out tours, produced nine top-selling DVDs and ranked tenth in Channel 4’s poll of the 100 Greatest Stand-Ups. He is a former Time Out Award winner for ‘Best Live Stand-Up nine Barry Award winner (Australia) and Perrier Award nominee. As well as performing on stage, Ross is a regular on panel shows such as QI and Have I Got News for You.

Noble said: “When I started all I did was tour – I was just a vessel. I’ve got more of a balanced life now, but I can still retain the essence of being in the moment. I realised quite early on that stand-up can teach you everything you need to know about life, which is: have one eye on the future, and have one eye on the past, but live in the present.”

Speaking about the El Hablador show he added: “I’ve got a giant inflatable skull on stage: its mouth fills up with smoke and I walk out of it.”

INFO: Ross Noble is at the Cambridge Corn Exchange on November 16. Tickets are £28 and available from: www.cambridgelivetrust.co.uk.
