BELLY dance enthusiasts can learn exciting new moves from a professional Middle Eastern instructor at One Leisure in Sawtry.
Classes at the fitness centre will run between 7pm and 8pm on Friday evenings at a cost of �4.50 per visit with a One Card.
Participants can book seven days in advance for the sessions, which are said to provide a “fun and motivating environment while improving posture, flexibility, co-ordination and strength”.
A One Leisure spokesperson said: “Belly Fit can be enjoyed by all ages, shapes and sizes, and is a fun way to get fit and make new friends.”
