A second wave of artists has been announced for this year’s Secret Garden Party event in July.

The Cat Empire, Public Service Broadcasting and Angus and Julia Stone will join a host of other artists and bands for this year's concert which takes place over four days from July 23-26.

The theme for this year's event is: Childish Things and will include giant parades, mud wrestling, fire walking, kids's area as well as 14 live music stages over the 100-acre site.

For those who want to take a break from the music and indulge in some relaxation, the Sanctuary area provides a beautiful respite dedicated to repairing and rejuvenating the body and soul.

"Sanctuary is solely dedicated to restoring those in need of that holistic 'bloody Mary'" said a spokesperson for the event.

Concert-goers can enjoy a massage or a hot tub, fortifying juices, superfoods or even a full English breakfast.

An additional area is dedicated to wellbeing therapies, where Thai, Ayurvedic or holistic massage is practiced by some of the leading therapists on the circuit. There are also group activities, including yoga sessions, fire walking and an assortment of meditation activities.

From humble beginnings in 2003, the Secret Garden Party, inspired by Glastonbury, has grown each year and founder Fred Fellowes has placed his own idiosyncratic stamp on the event so that it is now a firmly established event in the festival calendar.
