Huntingdon Youth Theatre (HYT) is bringing a close to its 21st birthday year with a five-performance run of Richard Lloyd’s pantomime Sinbadaladdin at the Hinchingbrooke Country Park Centre.

The group has been performing a wide range of pieces of theatre at various venues during the last two decades and has a reputation for excellence, enthusiasm and entertainment.

Under a directorial team of Ray Livermore, John McCusker, Serenity Twinn and Graeme Hammond, the group will yet again be using innovative staging, flamboyant costumes and its own in-house sound and lighting to create a magical atmosphere for this fast-moving and funny pantomime.

The cast will include many HYT regulars as well as the usual trickle of debutants and new young actors from the town and surrounding villages. The group is generously supported by the whole team at Hinchingbrooke Country Park who help us to continue the tradition that has seen more than 350 young local actors work in Huntingdon and further afield.

The show is being performed in Hinchingbrooke Countryside Park Centre on December 5/6/7/8 at 7.30pm and 11am and 3.30pm on Saturday. Tickets are priced at £8 (£6 for concessions) and are available online at: huntingdonyouththeatre.co.uk, at Hinchingbrooke Country Park Centre and café or by calling: 01480 380297.
