Harry Potter fans can have some wizardry fun and games at the Niche Comics shop in Huntingdon on February 4.

The event, is being held to mark the 15th anniversary of the release of The Philosopher’s Stone film and children and adults can enjoy making chocolate frogs, wands and even knitting Harry Potter scarves. There are two sessions, the first aimed at youngsters will run from 3.30pm till 5pm and the second for adults is from 7pm till 9pm.

The shop, at 147 High Street, dates back to the 16th Century and is run by brothers Adam and Guy Makey who sell a range of comics, board games, fantasy and war games figures and pop culture memorabilia.

“A shop like this is all about fantasy and escapism ,” said Guy Makey.

The shop, which opened four years ago, has a large display of Harry Potter items, including books. There are also hundreds of comics and other interesting items, which make it perfect for anyone wishing to browse.

The shop also has a courtyard garden, which can be used for events and to display stock.
