Funny man Russell Kane is due to visit Cambridge later this year, and tickets are now on sale for show.

The comedian’s explosive new show, Right Man, Wrong Age, explores the beauty and curse of what it is to be human – that feeling you’re never really the ‘right’ age.

Whether you’re 16-years-old but feel 21, or even 80 but still have a spring in your step, there’s something for everyone in this blisteringly-funny stand-up performance.

Kane started his comedy career after giving up an office job, going on to win a plethora of top awards.

He now completes a gruelling national tour every year, and has even tried his hand at presenting, playwriting and acting, with one of his scripts making it all the way to the Royal Shakespeare Company’s stage.

The loveable comic has also appeared as host of three series of BBC Three’s Live at the Electric, as well as having regular slots on BBC One’s Live at the Apollo, BBC Three’s Unzipped, ITV2’s Celebrity Juice and weeknight favourite, I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here! Now!

Showing no signs of slowing down, Russell has recently been travelling the world with YouTube stars, filming a new survival programme called Stupid Man, Smart Phone, which is now on BBC iPlayer.

The comedian also has an impressive list of accolades to his name, including the Edinburgh Comedy Award for Best Show in 2010, which, won in the same year as the Melbourne Comedy Festival’s Barry Award, has made him a record breaker.

If that’s not enough, Kane has even released two DVDs, with his second recorded live in the West End at the Vaudeville Theatre.

As well as visiting the Cambridge Corn Exchange on May 7, Kane will also be performing in the likes of Glasgow, London, and Belfast.

Tickets are £19.75 and can be booked on 01223 357851 or online at cambridgelivetrust.co.uk/cornex.
