Former X-Factor winner Sam Bailey visited the Stageworks Studio in St Neots on Tuesday afternoon to give students an insight into the world of showbusiness.
Sam, who won X-Factor in 2013, hosted a question and answer session at the performing arts school, based at Longsands Academy.
She talked about her career, the entertainment industry, her future projects, and she offered advice to students about developing a career path.
“Creating links with the industry is important, as it gives students something to aspire to, and gives them an incentive to work hard to achieve their goals,” said Stageworks teacher Ryan Laccohee. Adding: “Industry contact was very limited when I did my acting training in the nineties, and it’s something we at Stageworks intend to do more of.”
