Working together on the project, Off Beat Lounge and the stars official photographer, Denis ORegan, have planned a UK tour for 2017 exhibiting 40 pictures many of which the public have never seen. The collection documents a decade of the photographers time spent with David while he was touring the world from 1978 to 1987, and, for one night only, will land in Werrington at the Sycamore MINI showroom. Although Denis spent a lot of time with David, he has also worked as the official photographer for the likes of Rolling Stones, Duran Duran, Spandeau Ballet, and Thin Lizzy. Neil Diamond, the Bee Gees, and Pink Floyd have even welcomed him on their tours, letting him capture every moment from stage to sofa. Peterborough is just one of the eight new dates added to the exhibition, which has received an overwhelming response from fans. Of the 40 shots, 20 pictures will be displayed in extra large size and fine art prints, taking visitors through the journey of Davids life from the tourist and the relaxed back stage band leader to the mesmerising legendary live performer. Denis will also be attending the evening, and is available for a question and answer session for VIP ticket holders. These guests will also get the chance to view the collection in private, receive a commemorative collector ticket, and pre-order and collect prints on the night for personal signing. The evening is set to start at 7.30pm for standard ticket holders, and 6.30pm for VIP ones, before closing at 9pm. The event is on June 8 with a ticket limit of eight per person. Prices are £9.50 for standard admission and £29.50 for VIP. To book, visit offbeatlounge.co.uk/events.
