Best known for her presenting slot with sidekick Mel Giedroyc on the Great British Bake Off, the comedian has delighted audiences since 2010 with her quick wit and humour. Now, shes returning to the stage on February 16 for a night based on her best-selling memoir, Spectacles her first-ever book written following the loss of some of her most treasured childhood keepsakes. Sue started her television career though, alongside Mel and the pair quickly gained momentum, winning the Daily Express Best Newcomers award at the Edinburgh Festival in 1993. After a few years spent writing for French & Saunders, the duo bagged their own lunchtime show Light Lunch running from 1997 to 1998 before another one in 2015.
