A GOOD turn out from Huntingdon Stags U7s and their Biggleswade counterparts allowed both sides to field two sides and set up four cracking games.
The first match ended 3-2 to Stags with tries from Ben Underwood, Elliot Mortimer and Ashley Quince.
The tables were turned in game two, although Eddie Brennan and Guy Cubbit did score for the Stags bibs before, in the third match, Stags hit back with a 5-2 success.
Underwood (2), Toby Stonestreet, Quince and Ben Lemmon all went over.
However Biggleswade were triumphant in the fourth match, 5-1, over the bibs.

The U8s recorded two wins and two loses in their four games against Biggleswade.
Eddie Brand, Lewis Rendall and Lorcan Harbour (2) were the U9s’ scorers during a thrilling 4-4 draw against Biggleswade - before they lost 2-0 against Letchworth.
Meanwhile, James Gould (7), Harry March (4), James Park and Luke Moule all filled their boots as they U10s recorded a win treble over Biggleswade.
A staggering 99 points were scored without reply by the U11s in their two wins over St Neots.
Sean Fowler, Will Greatorex, Luke Toates, Oli Dale, Seth Moody, David Peacock and Harry Edwards were all try scorers in a heavy 66-0 victory in match one.
Sam Frith, Greatorex, Dale, John Fenton and Ben Hegan were on the scoresheet in a 33-0 win in match two.
Stags U12s were beaten 28-14 at Olney in what was only their second taste of 15-a-side rugby.
Sam Durnan, playing at centre, raced through to score a try in each half.
Elsewhere, Peterborough Lions got the better of Huntingdon’s U14s 34-24.
Matt Pickering, Henry Ward, Owen Taylor and Nathan Brown were Stags’ four try scorers, with Nathan Brown adding a conversion.
The U16s mounted a strong second half comeback to earn a 17-12 victory over Biggleswade.
Barney West, debutant Callum McShane and captain Adam Burgess touched down.
This weekend, Stags minis welcome Peterborough to the Racecourse.
