A COMBINED St Neots team made light work of Peterborough High School, coming away 15-0 winners thanks to two tries from Ben Tyler and a further score from George Peacock. The match was played at Peterborough United FC's London Road stadium and warmed up spectators for the Peterborough Lions vs Leicester Vipers fixture.

Lewis Medlow was named man of the match in an enjoyable day, in front of hundreds of spectators.

St Neots U7

A HAT trick of tries from Jordon Holdaway helped St Neots tie eight tries apiece with Letchworth. Alex Law, Daniel Cockhead, Cameron Washingham and William Smith were the other try scorers while Ben Wallis scored to help the side defeat Ely 7-5 in their next game.

SAINTS got their 2007 campaign off to the perfect start with their best performance of the season to see off Letchworth 14-0.

Earlier in the day the team had narrowly lost out to rivals Ely by seven points to five.
