Hunts Under 12s celebrated a dramatic success last week.
The county side pipped Hertfordshire by one run in a Friday clash at Bluntisham – their final home friendly of the summer.
Jairus Charles (54) and Oliver Parncutt (51) both hit half-centuries as the Hunts lads reached 197-6 from their 40 overs.
Hertfordshire gave valiant chase and needed two runs from the final ball of the match to snatch victory, but Hunts bowler Daniel Wells had other ideas as he took a wicket to secure success.
Wells bagged 2-54 in total while Charles claimed 2-17.
