ALCONBURY triathlete Charlotte Harrison claimed a victory at the North Norfolk Junior Triathlon at Bircham Newton on Saturday.
In her first triathlon in two years, 15-year-old Harrison demolished opposition from clubs across the east of England to lead from start to finish. The Sawtry Community College student completed the 300m swim, 6km bike ride and 2.4km run in 32mins 30secs to win by more than three minutes. Harrison travels to Chelmsford this weekend hoping to repeat her performance and obtain a national qualifying time.
