History: Needingworth are playing their first season in the Cambs league and their first in 11-a-side competition.

They won 13 of their 14 games in last season's Hunts Sports and Fashions under 11 mini-league, scoring 85 goals and conceding just 23.

The team are looking forward to the challenge of the new format which will mean travelling longer distances and mastering the offside trap!

The team have kept the squad together and have recruited five new players through word of mouth. The players attend four different secondary schools and hail from five different villages/towns but the majority are still from Needingworth.
