A slice of Godmanchester First Strokes history has been made.
Three swimmers from the club – Rory Webb, Liam Conway and Riley Hall – all reached the same final at the Cambridgeshire County Championships.
The trio progressed to the Boys 11 & Under 50m freestyle showpiece with Webb earning a silver medal for finishing second.
Hall took four place (despite clocking the same time as the bronze medallist) while Conway finished in eighth.
All three boys then joined forces with clubmate Freddie Spavins to earn another silver in the Boys 11 & Under 50m freestyle relay. They only missed out on victory by half-a-second.
