A fantastic total of 17 personal best times from 30 races, which included seven wins, were recorded by members of Swans Swimming Club, St Neots at last week's second round Anglian League Meet held at Bedford High School.
In the girls' events there were wins for Emily Keech, Mollie Kilpatrick and Bethan Lukey. The boys' winners were led by captain Tim Fory as well as younger brother Ben Fory, plus Danny Sadler and Ashley Bygraves.
Linda Ashley-Davidson, Swans head coach, said: "This was a very experienced team of swimmers and the great results reflect this. Achieving this amount of personal bests and first places prove that the swimmers' dedication and team spirit are key factors to the continued success of our swimming club."
The performances ensured a second place for the team in the overall standings, just nine points behind overall winners, Boston.
