St Neots Saints beat the weather, but it’s a washout for the other non-league teams

St Neots Saints are the only Huntingdonshire non-league team to beat the wet weather today.

The struggling Saints’ trip to Long Buckby in United Counties League Division One goes ahead (3pm).

But it is an afternoon of inactivity for the other local sides. St Ives’ trip to Barton Rovers in Southern League Division One (Central), Huntingdon’s home clash against Holbeach and Eynesbury’s date against Rothwell Corinthians in United Counties League Division One, and Godmanchester Rovers’ home fixture against Long Melford in the Thurlow Nunn League Premier Division were all postponed due to waterlogged pitches.
