A SOLITARY strike from Sarah Moore was enough to earn Saints first XI a 1-0 victory against Vauxhall Chiltern in the first of two games over the weekend.

The second game ended in a 2-0 cup defeat against Gloucester Ladies - a side who play three divisions above St Neots. The Saints defence and goalkeeper Liana Griffiths did excellently to keep the scoreline respectable.

Saints II earned a 2-0 victory against Shefford & Sandy thanks to strikes from Kerry Hagger and Hannah Taylor while goalkeeper Donna Selsby made a fine save to keep her clean sheet.

A hat-trick from Jay Dickinson helped St Neots IV to a 4-0 victory at Queenswood with Charlie Gillam expertly finishing a one-on-one with the home goalkeeper.
