ST NEOTS Town has announced the biggest cash sponsorship deal in the club’s history.

ST NEOTS Town has announced the biggest cash sponsorship deal in the club’s history.

The deal will see project management company Wills Gee, an active Saints supporter since 2008-09 and one of St Neots’ fastest-growing companies, feature on the club’s first team home and away shirts for a second consecutive season. The company’s logo will also feature on the first team management’s match-day equipment.

Umbro will continue to be St Neots Town’s official kit and sportswear supplier for next season, the club has also confirmed.

The agreement was signed at Wills Gee’s Falcon House offices in St Neots by managing director Jim Wills and St Neots Town FC chairman John Delaney.

Delaney said: “We are absolutely delighted to have Wills Gee as our new official club sponsor.

“The company is one of the town’s fastest-growing businesses and we are excited about what it can offer the Saints.

“There is a great synergy between the two brands in terms of recent dramatic growth and success, levels of performance and market targets.”

The deal comes hot on the heels of the agreement that the club struck with The Hunts Post to rename the Saints’ home The Hunts Post Community Stadium.

Delaney said the deals showed how committed St Neots Town are to achieving their ambition of higher-grade football in the near future.

Wills Gee is a professional project management, construction and property maintenance company which provides services to the commercial and domestic sectors. Founded in 2006, it has experience rapid growth in less than four years and has secured contracts with retailers including Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Morrisons, housing associations and councils.

Wills Gee works with companies across the UK, from Glasgow to Tunbridge Wells, and has a contract to maintain 5,700 homes for the armed forces.

Managing director Jim Wills said: “We have a policy of investing in the local communities that we work with so it was natural to support St Neots Town.

“We have enjoyed our existing relationship with the club and felt that the Platinum Club that we became founder members of last year was such great value that we were happy to back the Saints again.

“When we found out about the club’s plans for this season it was an easy decision to back them.

“The club is very professional and, like ourselves, they have very clear plans for further success.”
