TOP of the table Shefford and Sandy avenged their defeat by the Saints earlier this season in this fiercely fought friendly.
The visitors broke the deadlock, but St Neots replied within minutes with a brilliant solo effort by Danielle Shipley. The game continued to swing either way and Shefford and Sandy once again took the lead only to see St Neots equalise within minutes - this time a superbly crafted goal by Abi Bruce, tucked away by Corinne Henson.
H In the second half Henson saw the chance for an early ball to Shipley that left her alone in the opposition's half. She ran half the length of the pitch to score
Unfortunately, the last 15 minutes saw the home team lose their shape and the visitors hit two quick goals.
