St Ives topped the scorechart by an 18-point margin from host club City of Peterborough’s ‘A’ squad. First Strokes Godmanchester were third.
The St Ives team was made up of Connor Brookes, Harrison Greenwood, Luke Unstall, Lucas Adams, Ewan Desborough, Daniel Moore, Josh Bigwood, Owen Bigwood, Matthew Handscombe, Olivia Smith, Isobelle Moore, Millie Taylor, Cleo Bailey, Lottie Flynn, Elysia Collinge, Alice Turner and Connie Newstead. They led the competition from start to finish.
Club coach Andy Hunter said: “This was a first taste of competitive swimming for many of our youngsters and they exceeded all expectations to win the trophy.”
