One of Huntingdon Tennis Club's rising young stars has completed an excellent victory in a regional tennis tournament.
Anna Traherne, just eight, triumphed in the Cambridge nine-and-under regional tournament.
The new National Competition Framework that the Lawn Tennis Association has put together provides the opportunity for young talented players to be recognised and given the chance to progress to the next level of competition.
Traherne has already been invited to attend a training camp where she had the opportunity to play against some of the top players in her age group in the region.
