Buckden crashed to defeat in a rain-affected game against Waresley's second eleven on Saturday.
The home side's batsmen never got going with only a spirited showing from tail ender Sam Rowen and 31 extras lifting the total above 100.
The match was reduced to 30 overs a side thanks to some inclement weather conditions, but Waresley's seconds still had time to chase down the target, reaching the required 107 with six wickets - and five overs - to spare.
Ben Evans (32 not out), opener Nick Greenfield (25) and Ashwin Reddy (22) got most of the runs for the visitors.
