Peel brothers Adam and Sam scored two tries apiece as the Saints ran riot.
They crossed the Sileby line NINE times and Dan Glover kicked six conversions as St Neots maintained their winning streak.
A journey to north of Leicester brought early success as Matt Cartwright powered through the Sileby defence to register the first try.
The home team got going via a penalty, but their defence was unlocked again when Grant Hobbs provide a perfect pass for fly-half Joe Woodgate to sprint through unopposed.
Another training ground line-out move got flanker Rob Black on the scoresheet and while Sileby came back with a try of their own, a clever break by Woodgate got Saints up to the halfway line before Adam Peel used his pace and strength to sprint away and touch down.
Sileby gave themselves hope with a charge-down try just before the interval. But the visitors still led 26-17 and despite a mix-up and try which brought the home side to within two points just after, the overall pattern of the game did not change. Saints responded and dominated for the rest of the game.
The Peel boys combined to get the next score – Adam going over in the corner – and a similar try came five minutes later, Woodgate this time finding Lewis Hall ready and able to score.
Adam Peel made the most of a move inspired by Scott Hardiman and Glover, while from a Sam Peel break the ball was zipped through the backs to Hardiman, who sprinted to score under the posts.
Rhod Howcroft and Curtis Weaver returned for the final 15 minutes and the former made the telling break from which Sam Peel rounded it all off.

They were expecting a tough time against a team from a higher league, but Saints were well worth an emphatic win.
With the wind against them, tries from David Papworth and Sam Kite gave the home side a 10-7 lead at the interval.
Ben Thompson made it 15-10 from a set move and although Wellingborough grabbed a second try they never really mounted a challenge. Ollie Frestle and Prince Mangwende added a try apiece.
