Huntingdon Boat Club honoured their stable of young stars at a junior presentation bash.

Isabel Searle was named Oarswoman of the Year and Oscar Brice took the Oarsman of the Year accolade.

Suvid Jain received the Captain’s Choice award while Evie Andrew was presented with the Russell Lucas Shield after collecting the most victories of any junior member in 2016.

Certificates of achievement were also awarded to Poppy Shipley, Ellie Nicholls, Abigail Ryley, Rosie Shepherd, Toby Ray, Lauren Wall, Alex Hunter and Brice.

Huntingdon Boat Club currently has 43 junior members - the majority of whom compete regularly at events around the country.
