Godmanchester Town player wins The Hunts Post Player of the Month award for May
OVERSEAS star Chethan William is The Hunts Post’s Player of the Month for May after a stunning start to the Tucker Premier Division One season for Godmanchester Town.
Goddy signed top order batsman William, who is from Bangalore in India, during the close season and has taken to his first season in English club cricket like a duck to water.
His highlights during May included a thrashing 156no off 118 deliveries against Khalsa, as well as 125 for Huntingdonshire against the RAF.
William wins a �25 voucher from Hunts County Bats.
