Thirteen runners from the Huntingdon-based BRJ Road Runners were among the 398 to complete the Bury 20-mile road race on Sunday.
Four runners set personal best times and the most impressive was John Wright, who knocked more than 14 minutes off his personal best.
Anita Girvan, Sam Brown and Tony Hucklesby also broke their best previous times.
Andy Anderson was first across the line for the St Neots-based Riverside Runners.
* BRJ Road Runners meet on Thursday evenings at 7.30pm and Sunday mornings at 9am at the BRJ Club in Sallowbush Road, Huntingdon.
