Dean Watson will succeed the retiring Mark Frost as Hunts FA county secretary next year.

Frost is to leave the post, which he has held since 2004, at the end of April, 2018 after celebrating his 65th birthday.

Watson, the current county development manager, will then take over as successor from the beginning of May.

Frost said: “I am very pleased that Dean has been given the opportunity to be my replacement. I wish him every success in the role.”
