St Ives Swimming Club delivered a dominant display at the Newmarket Winter Meet last weekend.

The local club collected 41 medals over two days of intense competition with 11 golds, 11 silvers and 19 bronzes.

Six of the top places were gained by Csanad Rehus with Ciara Taylor and Tom Davis both recording golden doubles.

Janos Kadar was the other St Ives ace to take a victory with him and Taylor also claiming several other medals.

Evan Taylor and Anna Freeman were other multiple medallists with four and three podium finishes respectively, while Harry Everett, Mia Woods, Norbert Kadar and Fran Crocker all claimed two medals.

Harvey Woods, Luke Tunstall, Oliver Dickson, Marli Taylor, Millie Taylor, Freddie Clark, Cathy Thomson and Tessa Quayle won one medal apiece.
