Ladies run away with the awards

FOUR Members of Riverside Runners took part in the Bonnigton 10km race at the weekend, with the ladies coming away with the awards.
Annie Furbank was first home for the club in 44mins 30secs, claiming the title of first lady over 55.
Norma Leckie came home in 48mins 8secs to claim second place lady over 55, and Ann Storey's 51mins 26secs gave her third.
Nigel Sanders was the club's first man home in a time of 46mins 5secs.
IN the Everton Three Mile Trail Run, the junior members of the club came away successful.
Tom Stead finished fifth in 19mins 13.1secs to take the award for first U16 boy, whilst Emma Ritchie ran a time of 21mins 15secs to claim the U16 girls' title.

EIGHT members raced in the Harrold 10km on Sunday.
The ladies were again on form, with Fiona Bailey coming 18th and picking up the second lady award with a run of 40mins 9secs.
Kate Cross and Amanda Clyne took the first ladies' team prize, while Martyn Blackwell was sixth overall.

IN the 10km Big Cow Summer Sizzler on Saturday, Keith Pritchard was first home for Riverside in a time of 37mins 24secs.
Pritchard was 10th overall.
