Brennan drew the scores level when she followed up another set-piece but yet another penalty corner from the visitors secured victory, leaving Saints heading to league leaders Ipswich on the back of a defeat.
Meanwhile, St Ives III could not break down the Market Deeping defence in a game that ended 0-0. Player of the match Val Crack struck a post for Saints with a late penalty corner but there was no way through.
