UCL Premier Division
St Ives Town 1 Raunds Town 2
SANDWICHED between excellent 1-0 wins at Yaxley and St Neots, Saints produced a disappointing performance against Raunds.
With progress made in three cup competitions, St Ives have been inundated with fixtures. After a cup win at Yaxley on Thursday, this game proved a match too far.
Joint-manager Jez Hall said: "We were missing quite a few players and we really were down to the bare bones."
Liam Kennett gave Saints the lead but two goals from visitors Raunds left the home side without a win going into the Easter Monday game with St Neots.

St Ives are already in the Senior Cup Final and have another two semi-finals as they look to progress on three fronts.
"On a positive note, the performance at Yaxley really was excellent and we are delighted with our cup progress this season," said Hall.
Dan Moyes scored the only goal of the game on 70 minutes after good work from Graeme Thackray.
Next up for St Ives is a home match against Wellingborough Town tonight (Wednesday).
