EATON Socon registered their second win from two games this season with a determined display against Buckden.
Eaton batted first, setting the hosts a target of 277 despite fielding a number of debutant players.
Joe Donally was in top form for Eaton as he made his way to 27 not out.
Buckden started their innings well and looked on their way to victory before Eaton upped their game.
Joseph Taylor hit the stumps twice from long-range to halt Buckden's progress, leaving them unable to find the required runs in the final over.
