HUNTS ON A HIGH: Huntingdonshire Girls U13 cricket team scored a massive nine wicket win against Cambridgeshire on Sunday.
Hunts have now won three of their four matches in the ECB's Women's U13 East County's League. Cambridgeshire, Suffolk and Norfolk have all been beaten, with the only reverse against Suffolk in an away tie.
With four matches still to play, Hunts are well placed thanks to some excellent performances with both bat and ball.
Buckden's Catherine Henderson has taken seven wickets, with Ramsey's Amy Manson taking five, and Holywell & Needingworth's Kayla Engelbrecht grabbing four.
Karla Durham is well on the way to becoming leading run-scorer after a fine 41 against Cambs and good support is coming from Georgina Ibbotson from Hemingford Abbots.
