HUNTINGDON Town Football Club have stepped in to help out UCL rivals St Ives Town with their waterlogged pitch.
St Ives' Westwood Road surface has been left unplayable and with a backlog of games caused by the club's FA Vase run, Huntingdon have stepped in to ensure the fixture list gets completed.
The first of St Ives Town's fixtures to be played at Jubilee Park will be tonight's clash with Potton United (Wednesday, March 26).
Further games may be played at Jubilee Park if the Westwood Road surface does not dry out.
