Huntingdon diver Owen Harrison stars again with two gold medals in Luton for the Cambridge Dive Team

HUNTINGDON’S Owen Harrison was in fine form for the Cambridge Dive Team at the second leg of the ASA East Region Junior & Senior Championships in Luton on Sunday, October 21.

Harrison began the day with his best score of 36 points from an inward one and half somersaults with tuck off the five metre platform board. And the 11-year-old ended his great day of competition by winning a second gold, this one in the junior synchronised dive with teammate Daniel Murphy.

In all, the Cambridge Dive Team came away with a fantastic 11 medals and club divers are now the Eastern Region champions in both the boys’ and girls’ junior synchronised categories.
