HUNTINGDON Town Ladies were thrashed by Taverham at the weekend.
They went into the game lacking players through injury and illness, and went in at half time only trailing 2-1 after a long strike from Tash Dowdell.
They started the second half well but Taverham broke and ended Town's chances of getting anything from the game by making it 3-1.
Karen Willams was injured minutes later and Town had to continue with 10 players as Taverham stormed forward to rout the visitors 6-1.
