Held at the Burleigh Centre in the town, the workshop is part of a series of events to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the St Ives Aiki Dojo, run by Sensei George Hemmings.
The workshop, run by one of the top teachers in the country, showcased the beautiful flowing style of the Aikido martial art.
