A fine opening partnership set Godmanchester Town Under 15s on the way to a place in the Hunts County Cup semi-finals.
They beat Waresley by 49 runs in a last-eight tie after posting an impressive 151-2.
Oliver Greenhow (retired on 53) and Mark Austin (47) put on 91 for the first wicket before Ethan Rice hit 34 off 29 balls.
Godmanchester then restricted their opponents to 103-7 in reply despite a smart 32 from Tom Hopperton.
Godmanchester now face Little Paxton at the semi-final stage tomorrow (June 27).
