BRAMPTON Spartans U13 were crowned A League champions for the third season in a row, after they beat Cherry Hinton 10-2 away from home. Spartans wrapped up the title with a game to spare thanks to hat-tricks from Christian Le and Charlie Naylor, and doubles from Adam Pedlar and Owen Dixon. They then showed the form that has made them champions at U11, U12 and now U13 level when they produced another dominant away performance in beating Spartak B 7-0. Despite the difficult conditions, Brampton ran out comfortable winners, with another hat-trick from Charlie Naylor and another brace from Owen Dixon. Andy Wilkins scored his first goal for the club and Ryan Barnett added the last to cap a season that has seen the team finish as A League champions, County Cup winners and League Cup finalists. U8 BRAMPTON Spartans took the lead within 30 seconds against Alconbury Blue, when James Dean (MoM) netted the first of his two goals. Alconbury equalised before Samuel Pryor, Jordan Locke, Dean again and Marcus Read sealed a 5-1 win. U9 SOMERSHAM Orange beat Priory Parkside 9-4 in their final game of the season. Tristan Wilson (2), Jack Brett (2), Sam Jackson, Charlie Day, Matt Ordish, Freddie Clark and Jordan Meads helped themselves to the goals. Ramsey A suffered their first defeat of the season, going down 5-4 to March. The home side had been 3-0 down, but two goals from Jamie Short (MoM), and singles from Matthew Walker and Ollie Stephens made the final score closer. U10 GODMANCHESTER came from behind twice, but couldn't find an equaliser against Ramsey, as they went down 4-3 at home. Archie Campbell (MoM) scored two, his second from the half-way line, and Jake Bennett bagged the other, but Rovers couldn't find the leveller. Ramsey's hero was Blaize Walker-Gleeson, who hit a hat-trick, and Lewis Harold scored the other. Brampton Spartans Blue beat Huntingdon Rowdies 2-0 at home, with Grady Bruce in inspired form in the Spartans' goal. Chris Hartley scored in the first half for the hosts and Jake Winterburn added a second after the break. Brampton Spartans Reds beat their U9 counterparts 2-1, with all three goals coming from Jack Veazey. Veazey put Reds U10 into a 2-0 lead with two smart finishes, before he beat his own keeper with an unfortunate deflection. Priory M shared the honours with St Ives Rangers L in a 2-2 draw. Luke Watling scored the first, before Rylee Scott netted the second with a delicate lob. Stukeley made life difficult for themselves as they won 5-4 against Bluntisham White. Goals from Sam Kingswell (2), Matty Wright, Rizmer Capunitan and Alex Rankine put Stukeley in control before Bluntisham fought back. Needingworth's Ben Page celebrated his birthday with a hat-trick in an 8-1 victory over Great Paxton. Ryan Batsford also bagged three, and Ben Casey and Dan Turnbull completed the scoring. Ryan Scarr scored the consolation goal for a determined Great Paxton team. Priory L won their penultimate match of the season, overcoming St Ives Rangers S 10-2 with a fluent team performance. Josh Unwin (4), Cameron Harris (3), Alex O'Hara, Henry Dalrymple and an own goal took Priory to double figures. Warboys' finishing let them down as they lost 4-2 to Bluntisham Reds, with Rhys Thomas getting both Warboys goals. Somersham Gold won a tightly-contested game 2-1 against St Ives at home, after going behind in the first half. Two goals from Dominic Bird put Somersham in the lead, before Adam Cooper (MoM) had a penalty saved by the St Ives keeper. U11 GODMANCHESTER Rovers were 4-1 winners against an improved Cambourne side, with two goals apiece from Matt Burgess and Oscar Hope (MoM). A goal within 20 seconds from Connor Ray got Buckden off to a great start at home to Graveley, before Luke Fennell (MoM) added a second and a Jacob Brown left-foot thunderbolt sealed a 3-2 win. Lewis Rook (2), William Whitney and Hayden Morbey got the goals for Great Paxton against Brampton. U12 PRIORY Parkside played Inter 08 twice in a week after their original matches were postponed. The first game saw Priory run out convincing 14-0 winners, Alessandro Capasso (6), Shaun Maumbe (3) and Matthew Allen (2) helped themselves to the goals, and singles from Oliver Rae-Jallal, Josh Hawtin and Jack Crofts brought up the total. The following week's game was a much tighter affair, and ended 2-0 to Priory thanks to goals from Capasso and Maumbe. U13 TWO goals from Liam Parish for Ramsey against Spartak 78 couldn't prevent his team falling to a 3-2 defeat at home in their final league game of the season. U14 ALCONBURY ended their season with a disciplined and hard-fought 0-0 draw against Littleport, the league runners-up. U15 ALCONBURY won the Knockout Cup, beating Somersham 3-1 with some clinical finshing. Nathan King opened the scoring for Alconbury, and Jonny Collins made it two with a header. Tom Dixon sealed the win, before Josh Clark hit a spectacular consolation for the home side. Somersham suffered another narrow defeat at Fulbourn, with Matt Worrall grabbing the goal in a 2-1 loss.
