WILLIAM Taylor was the two-goal hero as Ramsey U10As ran out 4-0 winners against Needingworth Colts. Zak Stephens and James Tortice completed the victory. Alconbury GOALS from Harris Lacey and Ben Rycroft saw Blues U7s survive a nail-biting finish to defeat Somersham Black 2-1. The U7 Reds went down 7-2 to Buckden despite strikes from Thomas Sheldon and Louis Spicer. Five goals were scored in the match between the U14s and Fulbourn but Alconbury could only manage two from Ally Henderson and Joel Kirschner as they lost out. Comberton prove just too strong for the U13 Girls, who slipped to a 3-1 defeat with a goal coming from Eilidh Murphy. The U8s won a fine game against Ramsey 4-2 thanks to goals from Daniel Seaman and Tom Brooks, who both hit two. Bluntisham BLASTERS U7s were defeated 6-4 by St Ives despite a spirited display, particularly from four-goal hero Sam Johnson. The U9s went down 3-2 to Priory after being two down inside 10 minutes - Jack Deadman and Charlie Edwards-Ainge netted. The U10 Reds managed to overcome St Ives 3-0 thanks to two from Harry Taylor and one from Luke Young, while two late strikes flattered Bottisham when they beat the U16s 3-0. The U10 Whites were involved in a real scrap with Priory. The game saw 11 goals scored, with Blunty getting six of them. Ben Johnson, Dean Worrall and Connor Beaumont each scored a brace of goals to seal the win. The U8s were beaten 5-1 by a good Sawtry side with Harvey Bullin netting the consolation whilst the U8Bs lost out 3-1 to KC Cougars - Matty Walker netted for Blunty. Brampton ARCHIE Smith opened the scoring and Chris Hartley followed it up as the U9 Blues ran out 2-0 winners against Alconbury. The Reds U9s drew 1-1 against Stukeley Meadows thanks to an own goal while the U10 Reds fought bravely but were beaten 3-1 by Huntingdon Rowdies despite Josh Hawker's goal. Buckden A BILLIE Barbury goal was the only consolation for Kestrels U13 Girls as they went down 8-1 against Harvester at St Albans. Buckden U7s hammered Alconbury 7-2 while Ospreys U10s won 8-0 against Brampton Blue with two goals from Marty Pegram and one each for Scott Irwin, Jack Edwards, Jack Gibson, Connor Ray and there were two own goals. The U8s ran out 3-1 winners at Priory thanks to Kristian Clark-Reid, George Murkitt and Joshua Tibbs. Cambourne A THREE all draw resulted when Rovers U12s met Soham - there was a brace of goals for Michael Smith and a single Harry Gardner strike. Fenstanton BLUES U8 battled hard against a strong Huntingdon Rowdies side but their endeavours were not enough as they lost 4-2. The first Blues goal was an Andrew Darling effort and the second came from Bailey Parr, while goalkeeper Jordan Heaford pulled off a great penalty save. Godmanchester A THUMPING 11-0 win against Spartak 78 saw Rovers U13s make it two wins in three games. Allan Owen hit a hat-trick, Josh Burgess and Trafford Hudson scored twice and there were singles for Jack Goodall, Jack Snare, George Jackson and Andrew Shaw. Rovers have suffered a 1-0 defeat to Sawston but enjoyed a 3-2 win against St Ives, thanks to Owen, in recent games. Doug Clarke gave the U10Bs an early lead against Warboys and further goals from Max Deer and a brace from Alec Bryden made it a comfortable 4-1 win. A goal from Sean Olley wasn't enough to stop the unlucky U12s losing 2-1 at Haverhill, while the U9As lost 3-2 to St Ives despite goals from Will Rolt and Josh Smith. Great Paxton JAKE Nielson bagged a late goal to add to his earlier penalty as the U13s inflicted Cambourne's first defeat of the season. Ryan Moorby also netted. Lauren Page scored a great goal as the U10s fought out a 1-1 draw with Graveley. Huntingdon Rowdies A WORKMANLIKE performance by the U10s saw them beat Brampton 3-1. The goals came from George Smith, Connor Lewis and Callum Brown. The Billy Jennings and Jake McFarlane double act was on song as they both netted a brace for the U9s in a dramatic 4-4 draw against St Ives. The U8s also managed four against Fenstanton, who could only muster two in reply. Goals were scored by Kasey Douglas, Dominic Scott, Antony Abthorpe and Sam Bond. Harvey Phillips scored twice as the U13s drew 2-2 against Aztec. KC Cougars A GREAT win for Cougars U9s as they dispatched four into the Warboys net with only one conceded in reply. The two-goal heroes were Alex Lewsley and James Wilkins. Little Paxton DESPITE taking the lead, the U9s lost 4-2 to Sawtry. In a good team display both Paxton's goals came from Ross Cook. The U10s went goal crazy against Ramsey, finishing 7-0 victors. Goals were shared around with Charlie Bailey and Jake Smith netting a brace each with Jake Dexter, Harry Land and Sean Haran scoring singles. Needingworth AFTER falling a goal behind the U9s eventually gained a 4-2 win against St Ives. The goals were netted by Ryan Batsford and Ben Casey who managed a brace each. Priory Parkside THERE was a comfortable 4-0 win for the U11s as they progressed to the semi-finals of the Knockout Cup against Ely. James Thomas helped himself to a brace, with Ben Gibbins and Bradley Winfield both finding the back of the net. The U14s returned from Soham with a 2-0 win under their belts thanks to goals from Josh Benson and Felix Woolf. In their first match for several weeks, Priory U9s put in a good performance to beat Bluntisham 3-2. Harvey Wilsher netted early on and two goals followed from Harrison Seymour. The U9s overcame Somersham 5-3 in an action-packed game. The Priory goalscorers were Luke Watling, Jack Morrison and Matthew Waller with a goal each and there was a brace for Rylee Scott. The U13Bs slipped to a 7-0 defeat at the hands of Haverhill, while the U9As beat Ramsey 3-1 thanks to Josh Unwin, Matthew Law and Alex O'Hara. Ramsey RAMS U17s made hard work of their game against Mildenhall Jubilee. After leading 2-0 they let Mildenhall pull it back to 2-2. Rams managed to get their game back and hit three goals in the last 15 minutes to win 5-2. Chris Stewart, with two, David Turnbull, Mike Neil and Ricky Darlow scored the goals. Tony Wagstaff hit the consolation for Rams U7s as they went down 8-1 to Sawtry. Rams U8A won 3-1 against Brampton Spartans. Jamie Short, Matthew Walker and Liam Carrighan all hit the back of the net for the Rams. Lewis Harold scored the lone goal for the U9As as they went down 3-1 to Priory A. The U11s were unlucky, going down 4-3 to Priory B in a close game. Alfie West, Harvey Burton and a long-range lob from Tom Cuthbert were not enough to get a point. Rams U13B went down 8-4 to Hemingford. Ryan Crant bagged a brace with one apiece for Luke Ashman and Jordan Dawbney. Luke Seery's brace was not enough for Rams U14, who lost 5-2 against Histon. Sawtry NATHAN Baker and Bradley Bird both scored twice as the Blue Sox U9s ran out 4-3 winners against Little Paxton - the winner came with 90 seconds remaining. The U7s hammered eight past Ramsey who replied with just one lone strike. Kian Ince and Louis Crisp netted twice while Sam Archer, Daniel Hubbard, George Davison and Sam Lomas got one each. St Ives RANGERS U11B bowed out of the Knockout Cup at the hands of Bar Hill who won the match 5-1. Scot Wilkinson hit the only goal with a powerful free-kick. The U11As ground out another home win, this time against Chatteris. Goals from Scott Findlay, Harry Sivri and Jack Seymour secured a 3-2 victory. James Elvin hit two as the U7Fs came from 3-0 down to beat Bluntisham 6-4. Owen Charge, Ben Welling, Thomas James and Matthew Loggie also netted. The long journey to Spartak 78 resulted in a narrow 3-2 defeat for the U15Bs despite goals from Michael Keeley and Glen Tilbrook. The U13Bs squeaked home 3-2 against Little Paxton. After twice falling behind, they had Jack Barber to thanks for hitting a well-taken hat-trick. Somersham inflicted a 3-1 defeat on the U8S side, even though Shay Griffiths scored a great solo goal. The U9S team ran out 6-0 winners against Priory. Rangers' goals came from Callum McDuffus, Luke Packham, Thomas Johnson, Matthew Wright, Callum Jones and an own goal. St Neots TWO games were played by the U8C team against Melbourn. In the first match Saints only had a Jamie Vale goal to show for their efforts in a 4-1 loss. Game two resulted in a 7-1 win with a hat-trick coming from Jordan Hancock, two from Calum Dickerson and a strike apiece from Joe Simms and Markus Shone. The Navy Blue U16s ran out 2-0 winners against Trident Wasps. Richard Willard provided the first and then added his second a minute from full-time. Back-to-back games against Stevenage resulted in two defeats for the U7s. The 6-0 loss in the first match was followed by a better performance in the second game that was eventually lost 3-0. The double header the U8s played against Hitchin resulted in two very close matches. Game one ended 2-2 after goals from Stevan Shaw and Sam Cartwright. The second game resulted in a 2-1 defeat despite Jaiden Fitzpatrick scoring direct from a corner. The U11s knocked in two goals against Letchworth, with Lewis Davis netting both, but their opponents hit three. Stukeley Meadows THE 1-1 score reflected how evenly matched the teams were and Meadows U9had Jordan Thrift-Sommers to thank for their goal against Brampton. Warboys ALEX Daniel scored the U10's goal in a game that they lost 4-1 to Godmanchester. They also had James Douthwaite to thank for some fine goalkeeping as he pulled off some good saves. Eleven goals were scored as the U7s found themselves edged out 6-5 against Little Paxton. The goals for Warboys were scored by Harry Enland with a hat-trick and a brace for Dillan Scott.
