Alconbury ALCONBURY U14s had their scoring boots on when they beat Aztecs Juniors 9-2. Their goals were scored by Eilidh Murphy and Kaya Williams, getting two each, and one from Mollie Flack. POTM was Mollie Wade. Bluntisham BLASTERS U9s travelled to St Ives and won 6-3. A Callum Taylor hat-trick and goals from Jack Cunningham, Toby Davies and an own goal secured the victory. MOTM was Rory Austin. The U10 Red won handsomely 10-2 against Cambourne. MOTM was Harry Taylor who scored four times. Other goals included a Luke Young hat-trick, with Jamie Webb and Christian Wiggins-Browne also scoring. White U10 lost 3-2 at St Ives. Goal scorers were Ben Johnson and MOTM Connor Beaumont. Rangers U16s beat Brampton 4-0 in the cup with goals by Arron Martin (2), Tom Skidmore and Tom Power. The U16Bs smashed four past Panthers without reply. The goals were scored by Sam Scales, Janagan Sivakumar, Steven Edge and Connor Mc Ewan. MOTM was Steven Merry. A 2-2 draw resulted as the U11B met Priory Parkside Rangers. Goals from Lewis Bowcutt and Jamie Bluff. MOM was Sam Asby. The U9s were on the wrong end of a 7-3 defeat by Godmanchester. Ollie Slack was MOTM. Brampton SPARTANS U12 won at Waterbeach last week. The 6-0 scoreline was the result of good team work with the two goals each coming from Charlie Naylor and Pete Clarke and a goal apiece from Josh Dawson and Cristian Le. In the cup against Woodstone Dynamos they won 6-1. Pete Clark (2) and one apiece from Owen Dixon, Adam Peddlar, Charlie Naylor and Liam Peacock provided the goals. Brampton Spartans U8s clawed their way back from 5-2 down, to draw level at 6-6, only to lose to a last minute goal from Alconbury. Spartans scorers were William Brackley (2), Toby Le (2) and one apiece for Demi Dixon and Josh Matcham. MOTM was Nathan Wadey. Buckden THERE was a good win for the U7s against Little Paxton. A good game of football ended in a 4-3 result. Buckden Kestrels U13 girls were unlucky to come away with only a point, as they played Luton Town. Buckden's strong start was rewarded when Billy Barbury's defence-splitting through ball released Megan Taylor who scored. Buckden looked to be in complete control but Luton equalised from a corner. Buckden keeper Fran George was on form to prevent Luton stealing all three points. POTM was Megan Taylor. Cambourne ROVERS U12s lost 6-0 against Cambourne rivals, the Eagles. And Eagles U14s went down 2-1 to Buckden despite a goal by Sam Gardner and the efforts of MOTM Sean Herbert. It was a great day for Eagles U13s as they beat Isleham 8-3 in the KO Cup. MOTM was Connor Edmonds. Godmanchester THE U13s visited Gampion Gunners and lost 3-0. MOTM was given to Olly Bailey. Godmanchester U9s produced some excellent attacking football to secure a 7-3 win away to Bluntisham. The first goal came from Jared McNamara after a corner while in the second period a cross from Patrick Forshaw was converted by Jake Bennett. James Osborne, Connor Rice, Archie Campbell (from a direct free kick), and Toby Graham made the score six. Bennett scored a second, but Bluntisham retaliated to bring the final score to 7-3. MOM was Archie Campbell. Great Paxton PAXTON U9 B lost 3-2 to KC Cougars. Goals were scored by Morgan Thomas and Joshua Howard. Little Paxton LITTLE Paxton U9s were slow out of the blocks against Alconbury and trailed by four goals inside 20 minutes. They pulled one back with a goal by Samuel Squire but lost 4-1. Jack Button was MOTM. Mereside RANGERS U11 went down 6-1 against Priory Parkside. Rangers' goal came from Andy Mcdade and MOTM was Tom Kelly. Needingworth THE U9 hosts were out gunned by a good Priory team by 4-0 despite a great MOTM performance by Ryan Batsford. Priory Parkside PRIORY U11s visited Rowdies and returned with an 8-0 win. The goals came from Tom Newton (2), Bradley Winfield, Ben Gibbins, Kaine O'Connor, Lee Adams, Conor Inskip and goalkeeper Ollie Atkinson with a penalty. The U11 Js won 6-1 against Mereside Rangers. Oliver Rae-Jallal bagged four and Matthew Allen a brace. MOTM Lewis Ager scored two and there was one apiece from Henry Dalrymple and Alex O'Hara as the Priory U9A won 4-2 against St Ives. The U13B lost 5-1 at Lakenheath in the KO Cup. Priory produced their best football of the season in a superb first half display, and went into the break with a 1-0 lead thanks to a Cameron Dunlop strike. They continued well in the second half before two goals in a minute quickly followed by a third knocked them off their stride. A change of formation the last 15 minutes saw Priory pushing forward but punished by two late goals. MOTM was Harry Joyce Ramsey GOALS from Lewis Harold and Blaize Walker-Gleeson for the Ramsey U9A were a consolation as a well organised and on form Sawtry Colts team who took a 6-2 win. Rams U9A had a 7-1 win against Warboys Colts in the league. Marcell Cherlin and Sam Medhurst both hit hat-tricks with Billy Lemmon hitting the other. Rams U10A took a 5-0 win against KC Cougars. William Taylor hitting three. David Sayer and Bradley McManus netted the others. Rams U10B were on form with a 5-0 win in a friendly against Somersham. Daniel Wing scored four and Jordan Mays the other. Rams U11 bowed out of the Cambs League Cup in a closely fought match against Histon, which ended 3-2. Tom Cuthbert was on target with the two goals for the Rams. Rams U12 saw their way through to the next round of the Hunts Cup with a 9-0 win against Brampton Spartans B. Liam Parish, Ryan Judd, Lewis Nicholls all bagged a brace, with one apiece for Josh England and Tayla Evans (penalty) and an own goal completing the score line. Rams U14 took three points against Cottenham United in a 10 goal thriller, taking a 6-4 win. Louis Shepherd hit a hat-trick, with one each for Adam Ray, Thomas Redhead and MOTM Myles Hyndman. Rowdies A CLUB head-to-head saw the U16A beat the U16B 8-0. MOTM was to Liam Sancaster. At U10 level Godmanchester proved a little to strong as they won 9-1. Rowdies scorer was Callum Brown and MOTM went to Josh Furnell. It was a good day for the U13s as they progressed in the cup 5-0 at the expense of Soham. Goals from MOTM Harvey Phillips, Alex Woodbridge, Jack Hedges, Levi Cornthwaite and a penalty from Jake Irwin. Rowdies U14s grabbed a 1-1 draw against Haverhill Rovers. MOTM was Adam Naylor and the goal scorer was Joey Nicholson. Sawtry SAWTRY Colts played Ramsey Colts and ran out 6-1 winners. MOTM K Shelton scored a hat-trick, K Baker (2) and O Crisp also scored. St Ives THE girls U11s won for the first time this season, beating Bar Hill 6-3. POTM was five-goal hero was Georgia Rebane, Sarah Mosley grabbed the other. It was local rivalry as the Ls played the Ss in the U9s mini league. The Ss won 2-1 with goals from Luke Packham and Callum McDuffus after Ben McNichol had given Ls the lead. Despite going a goal behind, U13Bs defeated Hemingford 8-1 to go into the next round of the KO Cup. Doulton Kingston scored five and Ryan Amato, Cuthbert Varley and Kieran Enticknap all netted one. The U13A beat Little Downham 9-0. The goals came from a brace each for Glen Stocker and Michael Keeley and one each from Liam McDonald, Tim Anderson, Ryan Johnson, Benn Stocker and Adam Maltby. The MOTM was Stewart Bridge. Rangers U15 girls visited Sutton but came home having lost 5-3. Rangers' goals came from Molly Payne, Lauren Davis and an own goal. U13A overcame Cherry Hinton 3-2 in the County Cup. Goal scorers were Tom Richards, James Morgan and Joe Kelly. Reds U9s gave a spirited performance as they lost 4-2 to Priory A. Will Rolt notched both goals and Leo Grant was MOTM. Rangers U10s won a hard fought game against Bluntisham 3-2. JK Hudson scored a brace and was MOTM, Callum Reece scored the other goal. St Ives Rangers U11B were in the action in the second round of the Hunts Youth Cup against Blutisham Rangers Juniors U12. The visitors took the lead on two minutes when St Ives failed to clear and just six minutes later they added a second. St Ives pulled one back before Bluntisham made it 3-1. Stukeley Meadows MEADOWS winning run came to an end as they lost 3-2 to Parkside M. Jake Barry and Daniel Worrall scored the goals and Daniel Thornhill was MOTM. St Neots TOWN U7s played a double header away against Welwyn GC U7s. They won 7-2 in the first match with Elliot Thorpe (MOTM) getting six of the goals and Samuel Wilson the other. Game two went the other way with WGC winning 3-0 despite a MOTM performance by Gabe Harrison. Saints U12s won 3-2 against Needingworth with a hat-trick from Jamie Barker. The U8s played two games at Knebworth losing game one 2-1, Saints goal from Cameron Fone with MOTM Sam Cartwright. In game two St Neots won 1-0 thanks to a MOTM Brett Davis effort. At U9As level they won 5-1 at Knebworth but the U9Bs were defeated 4-1. St Neots U11 played their first of four consecutive home games on Sunday against a strong Letchworth side. The visitors reached half time with a 1-0 lead, which they increased to 3-0 early in the second half. Despite this Saints battled back with goals from Samuel Pritchard and Lewis Davis.
