SOMERSHAM capped their excellent weekend with a comprehensive win over Upwood.
Having won the toss, Somersham elected to field.
The choice proved to be the correct one, as S Boon bowled D Jones for a duck.
Opener G Cochrane went on to make 17, but he proved to be the only Upwood batsman to make it to double figures.
Two further ducks showed Somersham's supremacy as D Smith's five proved to be the second highest total.
J Bowland took three for 11 from 10 overs, whilst S Smith registered impressive figures of two for three from 1.3 overs.
Upwood's total of 48 didn't take long to chase down
Boon made 22 before being bowled by Hoey, whilst R Fenton made 15 and R Hobbs made 8, both unbeaten.
