TO THE POINT: Fencing star Jennie Tillott, from Ramsey St Mary's, brought home a bronze medal from the British Open Fencing Championships.
Jennie, 18, was competing with team-mates Sophie Williams and Jessica Davies in the only school team in the senior sabre competition.
Jennie, who took up the sport at age 10, is currently ranked sixth in the British Junior Sabre rankings and her next target is to represent Wales in the Junior Commonwealth Championships next year in Malaysia.
Jennie qualifies for the Wales team through her grandmother and she has longer-term sights set on appearing at the Olympic Games.
