Members of the Huntingdon BRJ Run & Tri Club are benefitting from the advice of an England Athletics coach.
The club is one of 20 across the country to have been selected for the Club Run Programme.
Senior coach Bill Boyd paid his first visit to the club recently. The session at the St Ives track covered a number of drills aimed at improving technique and performance.
It marked the start of a 12-week programme which will see BRJ members training towards a performance goal for the St Neots Half-Marathon in November.
