The Eaton Socon Cricket Club production line is clearly in fine working order.
While the club are enjoying a fine season at senior level (their first team are odds-on favourites for the Tucker Gardner League Division Two title and the seconds are on course for Hunts League Division Two glory), the junior section have also been busy mopping up honours.
Three Eaton Socon sides - the Under 9s, Under 11s and Under 15s - have all been crowned champions in the Hunts Youth League.
Robert Ashwell, who runs the junior section, said: “The success has been down to our coaching team who work very hard with the youngsters at our Friday junior training nights.
“We have the benefit of eight qualified coaches at the club at the moment and we also have great support from our sponsors, Giggs & Co, who ensure our teams look professional and have the equipment needed.”
The Under 9s and Under 11s have won the South B titles with the Under 15s triumphant in the South section in their age group.
The Eaton Socon sides will go on to meet other area winners in the county semi-finals and finals to be played during this month.
