Sawtry motorcyclist Susie Grayson became the first UK woman to compete in the European Women's Cup last month.
Grayson, who founded the Feisty Racing motorbike team two years ago, travelled to Cartagena, in Spain, to ride her Yamaha R6 against the best in Europe.
In her first race against the more experienced field, Grayson did excellently to finish fifth.
She said: "Although I was disappointed not to claim a podium finish, it was still a fantastic achievement against some very experienced riders."
