Eagle Heating were the winners of the annual Alconbury Vets’ Tournament at the weekend.
The St Neots side held their nerve to beat Polsky United on penalties in the final. Polsky had previously knocked out hosts Alconbury in the semi-finals when Eagle Heating overcame Needingworth.
The third staging of the event - the only one of its kind in this area - attracted 15 teams from Norfolk, Suffolk, Leicestershire and Cambridgeshire. It was sponsored by ChromaSport.
