Cecilia Hime (Junior Women) and Beatrice Pauley (Under 14 Girls) both clinched overall glory in their categories at the latest round of the Central Cyclocross League.

Hime and Pauley also claimed race victories in the series’ 13th event at Rockingham Forest, near Corby, last Sunday.

Pauley’s younger brother, Dominic, also enjoyed a fine finish as he took fourth place in the Under 12 Boys section. That’s his best effort so far.

And Ralf Falkner provided further success for the thriving St Ives club when triumphing in the third round of the Muddy Monsters Cyclocross League at Welwyn Garden City.

Falkner won the Under 12 category at an event in which clubmates Cora Wood, Jacob Wood, Mak Falkner and Daniel Miller were also in action.
